Request Plan Change
Quickly and efficiently request a plan change in the GreenSky
®
Merchant Portal.
Requesting a plan change when the Customer has requested one is easy. Locate the Customer's account in
the Merchant Portal. Under Submit Plan Change Request, select the new plan the Customer has requested and click
submit. GreenSky will email you when a decision on the plan change request has been made.

How it Works:
• Open the Customer's account in
the Merchant Portal. Click Submit
Plan Change Request. Select the
new plan.
• Check the box, letting us know the
Customer has requested this
change, and click "Submit," and the
request is sent to GreenSky for
review.
• Typically, a decision takes less than
1 business day. When a decision is
made, GreenSky will email you.
• If the plan change is approved,
GreenSky will also email and/or text
the primary applicant (and co-
applicant) to activate their new loan
terms.
• You can submit transaction
requests once the new loan has
been activated.
You certify that you have
obtained permission from the
Applicant and Co-applicant (if
applicable) to change the plan
on their account.
