5 The Modern Branding Playbook We all need to get "our work" done and day-to-day tasks finished. In business we expect work to include managerial, administrative and operational duties, meetings, service calls, customer service issues, financial planning and financial obligations and much more. Do these activities when the "creative side" of your brain isn't at its peak. Use periods of time when your creativity, energy and enthusiasm for marketing and business development are in drive mode to nurture marketing and business ideas. One way to free up time and resources is to outsource such tasks as bookkeeping, payroll, HR, benefits administration and information technology. By using vendors with professional staff to do this work, you can focus instead on marketing and other profit making or expense cutting activities.
