Existing customers have always been a rich source of
additional sales. Customers who have taken advantage
of promotional financing may have a powerful reason
to move forward with additional work that needs to
be completed. The reason? They may have a balance
remaining in the GreenSky account.
Action item Use the GreenSky Mobile
App or Merchant Portal to search for borrowers with a
remaining balance in their GreenSky account and time
left in their purchase window. Remind the customer that
this money is available at an outstanding rate, so should
not let it go to waste. This action item need not be
limited to sales. Follow-ups can be handled by finance,
accounting, or other support personnel.
